The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas within the hotel to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for guests.
Key
Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and dusting.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenishing towels and toiletries.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors in rooms and public areas.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Restock housekeeping carts and storage rooms with cleaning supplies.
Adhere strictly to hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications &
Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light items.
High level of trustworthiness, punctuality, and reliability.
