Manage the financial records, reporting, and compliance of the hotel and resort to ensure financial health and accuracy.
Key
Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with local financial regulations.
Conduct cost analysis and implement cost-control measures.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or ICAG) is highly desirable.
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
