We are looking for a smart, energetic, highly dependable and hands-on Administrative & Operations Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. This is not a traditional desk-based administrative role. We are looking for an all-rounder who can move around Accra, run errands, coordinate supplies, support a kitchen, operate a tuck shop, handle basic administrative tasks, solve problems quickly and generally make sure that everything around the institution is working as it should. The ideal candidate is someone who can be given a task and gets it done without needing to be constantly supervised. You should be practical, resourceful, technology-savvy, organised and able to make good decisions when things don't go according to plan.
