Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to required standards. Attend to customers professionally and provide excellent service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Monitor beverage stock and report shortages to management. Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar supplies. Process customer orders and payments accurately. Maintain knowledge of available beverages and menu offerings. Follow hygiene, safety, and workplace procedures. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment. Work effectively with other restaurant staff.
