RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and manage the bike sales team to achieve assigned sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue. Identify and develop new customers, dealers and distribution opportunities. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective territory coverage. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and key customers. Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback. Coach, motivate and support sales representatives to improve performance. Ensure effective product visibility and availability across assigned markets. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to minimize stock-outs. Ensure compliance with company sales policies, procedures and reporting
