CALL CENTRE OFFICER

Location: Accra, GhanaEmployment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Call Centre Officer to handle customer enquiries, provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience through professional and timely communication.

Key

ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. Record customer interactions and maintain accurate call logs. Follow up on customer requests and outstanding issues. Promote relevant services and opportunities where applicable. Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.

RequirementsHND or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers. Basic computer literacy and ability to use customer management systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
