We are looking for a highly organized Coordinator to oversee daily site operations, manage teams, and ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within safety standards.
Key
Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for site workers (gardeners, dispatch, steel benders).
Act as the primary point of contact between site workers and management.
Ensure all team members have the necessary tools, materials, and safety gear.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Maintain records of daily activities, attendance, and progress reports.
Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
Relevant experience in construction site coordination or supervision.
Strong understanding of basic site operations and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
