The scope of the individual's
responsibilities:1. Build and develop the organization's training systems. 2. Develop relevant training materials for sales agents and managers3. Identify performance gaps and implement targeted training interventions4. Work closely with relevant departments to align training with business goals5. Train individuals on updated policies and compliance
requirements6. Monitor performance post-training and provide ongoing coaching to ensure success The individual must have a proven track record of improving performance efficiency among his/her trainees
