Emigoh is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Commercial to join our team in Accra. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for combining Sales, Marketing, and Trade functions to drive revenue, volume, distribution, and customer growth. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure stronger commercial execution across the board.
Key
Lead and integrate the Sales, Marketing, and Trade departments to achieve overall business objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, sales volume, and product distribution.
Oversee the full commercial picture, including route-to-market strategies, brand management, and trade marketing.
Drive customer acquisition and growth, ensuring strong market penetration.
Strategize and manage pricing, promotions, and overall market growth initiatives.
Establish and track key commercial performance metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Requirements &
Experience: Strong, proven experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is essential.
Commercial Acumen: A demonstrated track record of building and improving commercial performance.
Strategic Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of the full commercial lifecycle—from route-to-market and distribution to brand, trade, customers, pricing, promotions, and market growth.
Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive commercial execution in a competitive market.
