We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory or operational HR management and will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, talent management, compliance, and operational support to drive business objectives. This role requires a data-driven professional who can foster a positive workplace culture.
Duties &
Manage factory employee relations, including grievance resolution and policy implementation.
Oversee talent acquisition and performance management across all recruitment and training cycles.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, documentation standards, and regular policy updates.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace morale and company culture.
Provide operational support for headcount planning, shift management, and leadership guidance.
Deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
Administer biometric monitoring systems for accurate attendance and time tracking and conduct regular facility and security checks to maintain site safety and standards.
Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as a professional HR Business Partner.
Proven background in factory or operational unit HR management.
Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor laws.
Full-cycle talent management (Recruitment, Training & Performance).
Proficiency in operational support, headcount planning, and shift management.
Skilled in HR analytics and data-driven reporting.
Experience with biometric monitoring and attendance systems.
Competence in facility audits and security oversight.
Strong ability to drive employee engagement and workplace culture.
