We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in heavy industries and will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance, and managing a diverse workforce in a dynamic environment.
Key
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for technical and operational roles.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and
benefits program, ensuring competitive positioning.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying updated on Nigerian labor laws.
Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Qualifications &
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
Industry Background: Must have experience in the Oil & Gas, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), Manufacturing, or Mining industries.
Eligibility: Open to Expatriate candidates only.
Skills: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or relevant HR certifications like CIPD, SHRM is a plus).
Compensation &
Salary: 3,000 - 3,500 USD per month.
