Job Summary: The IT Support Staff / Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting end-users as they transition to the new tax administration system. This role involves providing or assisting with hands-on training, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring the smooth adoption of the new system.

Responsibilities: Assist with in - house training sessions to help end-users understand and navigate the new system. Assist in providing access to user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support the transition. Provide real-time technical support, answering questions and resolving issues as users adapt to the new system. Monitor user feedback and report common issues or concerns to the IT and change management teams. Assist with UAT to ensure ITAS delivery goals are met Facilitate the adoption of best practices and promote a positive user experience.
