Marketing Representative | Pharmaceutical Industry Employment Type: Full-Time

💰Salary: GHS 2, 500 – GHS 3, 000 + Incentives (Negotiable)Experience: Minimum 1 year in a pharmaceutical company; freshers may also apply We are seeking a competitive, motivated, and target-driven Marketing Representative with a Nutritionist background to join a fast-paced pharmaceutical business environment. The successful candidate will serve as a key link between the business and healthcare professionals, driving product awareness, building strong professional relationships, and contributing to sales growth.

Key

ResponsibilitiesAssess customers’ needs and recommend suitable promoted products. Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe promoted products using effective selling and negotiation skills. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for MCAs, PAs, midwives, doctors, and other relevant stakeholders. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective brand and marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. Maintain accurate records, documentation, reports, and market feedback. Develop opportunities and lobby for orders from government and private hospitals. Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements & SkillsMust have a Nutritionist background. Minimum 1 year of working experience in a pharmaceutical company; fresh graduates/freshers with the right background may also apply. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and experience in sales/marketing is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, for presentations. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and sales skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities. Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's licence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
