As a National Service Personnel, you will gain hands-on experience within your assigned department while supporting day-to-day operational activities.

Key

Responsibilities

Depending on your area of study and assigned department, you may:

Support daily departmental operations and assigned projects.

Apply relevant academic knowledge to practical workplace activities.

Assist with data collection, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Participate in team meetings, operational activities, and departmental initiatives.

Follow established workplace procedures, safety

requirements, and company policies.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to team objectives.

Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them within agreed timelines.

Seek guidance when necessary and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, integrity, and discipline.

Perform other relevant duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

Applicants must

Be eligible for National Service posting for the 2026/2027 service year.

Hold a degree or other relevant qualification from an accredited tertiary institution in Ghana.

Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.

Have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Show initiative, responsibility, and commitment to assigned duties.

Be willing to work in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Demonstrate respect for workplace health, safety, and environmental

requirements.

Be willing to undertake National Service at the Bogoso-Prestea Mine in the Western Region of Ghana.
