We are seeking a detail-oriented Nutritionist (Administration) to oversee nutritional planning and administrative operations within our food service and hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, ensuring food safety standards, managing dietary
requirements, and supporting staff training and procurement.
Key
Manage nutrition administration and daily operational tasks.
Develop and oversee menu and meal planning, ensuring nutritional balance.
Support procurement processes and manage inventory.
Ensure strict adherence to food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Address dietary
requirements and provide excellent customer support regarding nutrition.
Coordinate and train staff on nutrition and food safety protocols.
Prepare reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications &
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Human Nutrition, Nutrition and Dietetics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Certification: Professional registration or membership with the relevant professional body in Ghana, where applicable.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in nutrition, food service, hospitality, healthcare, catering, administration, or a related environment.
Added Advantage: Experience in food service administration or hospitality operations will be an advantage.
Core Skills: Knowledge of food safety, menu planning, nutrition assessment, and food quality standards.
