AIT Ghana | Based in Ghana | Senior leadership role
We need an experienced leader to own and grow AIT Ghana, our emerging tech talent program, and to represent Sankofatech across Ghana’s tech ecosystem.
What you’ll do
Own the day-to-day delivery, quality and growth of AIT Ghana
Lead, coach and develop the Ghana team
Build partnerships with tech employers, universities and government
Be Sankofatech’s senior voice in Ghana’s tech ecosystem
Put systems in place for consistent, efficient delivery
Shape strategy with Executive Leadership and the Board
What you’ll bring
8+ years of relevant professional experience
3+ years of remote work experience
Proven people management and coaching experience
A record of owning a program or function end to end
Strong relationships with senior external stakeholders
Deep familiarity with Ghana’s tech, education or innovation ecosystem
Based in Ghana, or able to work primarily from Ghana
