We are looking for a Project Manager – RF to oversee the planning, deployment, and optimization of radio frequency networks. The ideal candidate will manage RF teams and vendors to ensure seamless network rollout and performance.
Key
Manage RF planning, site surveys, installation, and commissioning activities.
Oversee drive testing, post-processing, and network optimization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Civil, Fibre, Core) to ensure timely site integration.
Manage vendors and contractors to meet project deliverables.
Analyze network performance data and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in RF planning and optimization, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency with RF planning tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet) and drive test tools.
Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
Excellent project management and team leadership skills
