The successful candidate will take ownership of project planning and execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, monitor resources, and ensure projects meet agreed quality, safety, and delivery standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with practical project management expertise and a solution-focused approach to overcoming challenges.

Key

Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning and mobilisation through execution and completion.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource

requirements.

Coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.

Allocate and manage resources effectively to support project delivery.

Identify project risks, issues, and potential delays and implement appropriate solutions.

Track project costs and support effective budget management.

Conduct regular project meetings and communicate progress, priorities, and actions clearly.

Prepare and present project status reports to management and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure project activities comply with approved designs, specifications, contractual

requirements, and applicable standards.

Promote and enforce strong health and safety practices across project sites.

Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure they meet agreed deliverables and standards.

Review project documentation, drawings, reports, and technical submissions where required.

Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and other project resources.

Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and budgets and communicate their impact to stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and progress reports.

Resolve project challenges promptly and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout project execution.

Ensure projects achieve timely and successful completion.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Relevant professional project management certification is an advantage.

Demonstrated experience managing construction or engineering projects.

Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.

Proficiency with project management and productivity tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Strong analytical, reporting, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
