The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at CANWIN HOTEL. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all guests.
Key
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
Handle reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
Process payments (cash, credit cards) and issue receipts/invoices accurately.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
Qualifications &
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role (hotel experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
Professional appearance, pleasant personality, and strong problem-solving skills
