The Opportunity

As a Sales Executive, you will play an important role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and representing the Alanyo Group brand professionally. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understands the importance of excellent customer service, and can confidently promote our products both in person and through digital content.

You will work in a welcoming, fast-paced environment where your ideas, initiative, and performance are valued.

Key

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve set targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.

Follow up with prospects and customers to convert leads into sales.

Present and promote Alanyo Group’s products and services confidently.

Create engaging video content to showcase products, promotions, and the Alanyo Group brand.

Represent the company professionally across social media and other digital platforms.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records using relevant computer systems.

Work closely with other team members to achieve sales and business objectives.

Stay informed about products, promotions, market trends, and customer preferences.

Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who

Has a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.

Communicates clearly and confidently with customers.

Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

Feels comfortable in front of a camera and can confidently create video content.

Has good computer literacy and can work with basic digital tools and platforms.

Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

Takes initiative and works independently when required.

Shows strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Can work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Demonstrates a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.
