Position Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting Zonda Tec’s vehicle and equipment portfolio, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer loyalty, and enhance the company’s market position.
Key Duties and
Promote and sell Zonda Tec’s full range of vehicles and equipment, including pickups, SUVs, light-duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, and industrial machinery.
Introduce prospective customers to product features, pricing, financing options, and value-added services to support informed purchasing decisions.
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other business development initiatives.
Follow up promptly on leads generated through marketing campaigns and personal sales activities to maximise conversion opportunities.
Manage the sales process from initial customer engagement through negotiation, closing, and successful vehicle delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, marketing team, after-sales team, and other internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and business
requirements.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, pipeline updates, and performance analyses using available sales and financial data.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches, and industry events across Ghana, primarily within the Greater Accra and Eastern Regions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and product innovation.
Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to the sales, marketing, product, and after-sales teams to support continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the company’s CRM system where applicable.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical business practices, and customer service standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
Previous experience within the automobile industry is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and lasting business relationships.
Proven ability to work effectively in a target-driven and high-performance environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify market opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software will be an added advantage.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
A valid Ghanaian driver’s licence is desirable but not mandatory.

Performance will be measured against, but not limited to:
Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead generation and conversion rates.
Customer acquisition and retention.
Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports and forecasts.
Customer satisfaction and after-sales engagement.
Contribution to overall business growth and market expansion.
