Job Purpose

The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s customer base across retail, wholesale, distribution, and institutional markets.

Key

Responsibilities

Develop and acquire new B2B clients for FMCG products.
Sell to retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, distributors, hotels, restaurants, schools and institutions.
Manage existing clients and drive repeat sales.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close deals.
Monitor market trends, pricing and competitors.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in B2B/FMCG sales.
Experience with food commodities, retail, wholesale or distribution is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
Fluent in English; Ghanaian languages/French are an advantage.
