As a Server at Luca Restaurant & Bar, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for guests while providing efficient, attentive, and professional table service. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, take accurate orders, and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, professional dining environment.
Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverage options.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Monitor guests’ needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining and service areas.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Process customer bills and payments accurately.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and service procedures.
Contribute to a positive team environment and consistently represent Luca Restaurant & Bar professionally.
Qualification Required & Experience
Minimum SHS or HND in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or related service industry.
Experience in Key Account or Modern Trade sales.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional, courteous, and confident approach to interacting with customers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
A professional and welcoming work environment.
