Job Summary: The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fuel station, leading the team of attendants, and ensuring that all activities are carried out with speed, efficiency, and excellence.
Key
Supervise and coordinate the activities of Fuel Attendants and other station staff during assigned shifts.
Ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times, resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate with management for timely replenishment.
Reconcile daily sales, cash, and credit transactions; prepare shift reports accurately.
Conduct regular inspections of the forecourt, convenience store, and equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements &
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within a fuel station, retail, or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume periods effectively.
Strong numerical skills for handling cash and preparing reports.
Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations in a fuel environment.
