ai energy group is looking for experienced and proactive Supervisors to oversee the daily operations of our fuel station. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining safety standards, and driving operational efficiency with speed and excellence.
Key
Supervise and coordinate the activities of Fuel Attendants and other station staff.
Create and manage staff shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and daily sales reporting.
Address and resolve customer complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate with management for timely restocking.
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Train and mentor new staff on station procedures and customer service standards.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, reporting issues to management.
Qualifications &
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the fuel, retail, or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, inventory software).
Knowledge of safety protocols within the fuel/energy sector.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
