KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum usingMontessori-inspired principles. • Teach and integrate Career Technology, Computing, and Creative Arts into everydaylearning activities. • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that nurtures curiosity andindependence. • Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents and schoolmanagement. • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and pupils' developmentalmilestones. • Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular activities, school events, and cocurricular programmes. • Uphold the school's code of conduct and contribute positively to the school community. • Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school improvementinitiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum Educational Requirement:• A Graduate Certificate or a related field; OR• A valid Senior High School (SHS) Certificate with demonstrated professional experience ortraining in teaching. Specialization & Skills Required:• Specialization in Education (early childhood, primary, or relevant subject area). • Demonstrable knowledge of the Montessori Method of Teaching and its application in aprimary school setting. • Knowledge in Career Technology Education (CTE), Computing, and Creative Arts. • Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills. • Must be a Christian.

Location Requirement:• Applicants must reside in Takwa Akyempim or within its immediate environs. Preference willbe given to candidates already living in the community.
