The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Key
Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next guests.
Handle guest inquiries and dietary requests efficiently.
Process guest bills and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Qualifications &
Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent. Hospitality training is a plus.
1+ year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or lounge.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle shifts (including weekends and holidays).
Good physical stamina and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
